Refund please!

I bought this app and have yet to use it. Every time I click on the app, it closes... I tried to do the app support and there is no way to connect with them.

Love this app!!!

This app is easy to use and customize. I have lost 16 pounds so far and its because recording what I eat and seeing exactly how much or little I still have to eat each day is what has helped. The best weight loss aid I have ever used. Thank you so much

THE BEST!

I have downloaded several other app (which I paid for) and Ive found that this one is by far the best! It keeps track of all my needs and then some! Very ease to use and navigate! If your looking for a calorie, excursive, BP, water, sodium, and of course carb counter plus countless other options look no further! This is by far the best app Ive downloaded.... Im more addicted to this app than candy crush and Facebook!

Good App!!!

I love the ability to track my food consumption. The database on foods is enormous which can make it tough to find your daily values at times but it is also very impressive in what they have. Overall I like the program and what it does. Would like to be able to take good items from yesterday and copy them to another day rather than having to search for them again.

Very good app

The only negative thing I can say is that portions measurements does not support common American measurements like teaspoon, tablespoon, etc., and it needs a barcode scanning capability for food nutrient look-ups. That said, it is the best app I have used for tracking all the little things that diabetics need to keep track of. Of all the trackers I have tried this one is the best and well worth the small fee. Once they update the barcode thing, I will give them 5 stars.

Good app.

I like this app. It is the only one I have used and find it fairly easy. Some of the restaurants have limited items need to be more complete.

All I need

There is a learning curve, but it is worth it to be able to track my net carb intake accurately. Large database, but apparently not created by an American because there are a lot of funny foods listed, and some common American foods are missing. Hasnt affected me too much yet. There are a ton of features on this handy app.

I Love This App, However....

This app is really great for helping track carb intake (and other nutrition values), exercise time, weight, glucose readings, water consumption, blood pressure readings, Lipidpanel history, and medications. I have recently been diagnosed as a raging diabetic, so this is helping me track my progress and lifestyle changes. However, I have been using the app for about 9 days now and I have noticed a few bugs and some things that have made me question the accuracy of the built in nutritional data. For instance, I ate a few dry roasted, salted peanuts and found that the app had data for a 1 peanut serving (that was great since I just ate about 5 peanuts) and a 100 g serving. However, the 1 peanut serving had the same 585 calories and 13.5 g of carbs as the 100 g serving. No way I wanted to multiply the 1 peanuts serving numbers by 5 as my snack intake! I also noticed that a cup (unpacked) of golden seedless raisins are listed as having more cholesterol (462.5 g) than eggs. But when I search the internet for nutrition values of raisins, I find that raisins seem to have little or no cholesterol. I have compared nutrition labels of items I have in my house with what is listed in this apps database and often found disturbing differences, so I dont have a lot of confidence in the app in this regard. Fortunately I can put in custom entries with data I can verify. Another bug I have noticed is that if I go back and edit something from my food log (say, I failed to notice it put the meal as "Other" instead of "Breakfast" or "Lunch", so I go back to correct it), right after I save the change the app closes and I have to restart it. While it may seem like I am complaining, overall, I love this app. I almost ALWAYS have my iPhone with me so whenever I eat, drink, exercise, weigh myself, take meds, etc. I can track it. And there are reports available to give me and my doctor feedback on my activities I am the kind of guy who enjoys being able to track stuff and this app tracks so many aspects of my new (albeit, reluctantly forced) lifestyle that I am confident that I will have success reaching my nutritional and general health goals. I recommend this app... just take the nutritional database with a grain of salt.

Love this app!

I have been newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. Use this app multiple times a day and it has helped me stay on my new diet whether I am home in the grocery store or out to eat. Its my new best friend!!!

Not a fan

Im really upset that I paid money for this. I wanted to love it, but its SO hard to use and extremely time consuming. Plus, they are missing items in the food menu that are just inexcusable. For example, I went to California Pizza Kitchen, and tried to enter my salad. No salads in the database, only pizza. Hello? Wouldnt someone on a low carb diet eat salad over pizza? Lame. Then, I bought an Atkins frozen dinner - again, NOT THERE. What the heck? Who is running your database and how is this considered premium? I want my money back.

Total fail

Just bought the $3 version, sat down to enter lunch, and what?! I had home cooked flank steak. There is NO option to enter steak other than tenderloin with the fat trimmed off. So then I went to make my own flank steak entry, and theres no category for meats?! I realize that both tenderloin and flank have zero carbs, but Im trying to be accurate and scientific here. My goal is to have a complete, accurate meal count and history. tl;dr Buyers remorse because the food list is neither comprehensive nor fully customizable

Daily Carbs

The greatest app ever!!!

Cool app !

Great app ! Does all that I wanted and more. Easy to learn and use. Worth the money.

Awesome!

Awesome! Easy to use and understand. Insulin calculator is great!! A great way to get organized for diabetics, especially if you are a bad diabetic like myself! This is helping me get on the fast track to good monitoring and health!

Doesnt work

I downloaded the app paid for it and its not working the free apps work better than this app.

Terrible

Do not buy this App it does not work you cant type in you daily intake and you cant find the foods

Such a shame

I really love this app which I hate to give it a 1 star rating. Its not for the app its for the support you get from the developer. Their response is the same all the time if the an issue "this issue will be addressed on the next update". Well I have a doctors appointment and I need the report for my doctor and I feel that I shouldnt have to send him a report of everything especially when I, not being monitored for some of the fictions on this app. I had sent 3 emails and they have done updates already, when I sent them another email I received the same response. I feel that they should fix issues that their customers are having since we are paying customers. For this reason is the only reason I give it a one star it shows that the developers dont care about their customers they only care about the $5.00 they get when some one buy this app.

Best app Ive found

Love love love this app. I dont have diabetes, Im just doing a keto diet, but if I had diabetes this is totally what i would use

Such a shame II

I agree with Mr. Joe Vs review of this app. The app itself is absolutely fantastic. I had purchased a couple of other apps before I started using this one. This was the most expensive app but I absolutely LOVED it. Then when OS7 came along, the interface on the app was screwed up. The layout was out of line and I could no longer add new food items. I loved the app so much, I decided not to trash the app and instead contacted the developer. I got the same response as Mr. Joe V...the next upgrade would fix the problem. Two upgrades later and the app is still screwed up. I use to provide my doctor with reports from this app. Can no longer do it. This app costs more than the average app and the developer should provide update support when the operating system changes. In my opinion, the developer is just taking the money and running. Its really ashamed because it is such a good app.
