This is the app you are looking for if you are a dieter or who want to control your diabetes or weight!

You can set your carb budget and track your daily nutrition intake of the food, carbs, fiber, fat etc, and also track quantity of water intake, readings of your glucose, HbA1c, blood pressure, heart rate, weight, exercise, medications and insulin, you can share the readings with your doctors in form of CSV, HTML or PDF by email.

This app has helped me manage my diabetes so much! I love it! Just wish it would track calories too.

Fantastic app - records everything needed for a diabetic. Use it everyday and love that you can get reports on everything for the week, month or year! Great!

Some bad moments

I dont know about anyone else but I dont like the app. 1) it has no "landscape" mode. 2) I dont know how to use it because there are no tutorials or instuctions with it unlike other apps I use for my Diabetes.

Great app. Doctor loves it. He can read my info and do a correct diagnosis. Name is a little confusing, but app really helps me manage my health issues.
I have just been diagnosed with diabetes. This is so much easier than carry a journal around to track carbs and glucose levels. I also like that I can print a report for records or to share with my dr. My only frustration is that the food listings are by brands. I end up looking up nutritional info the Internet. I also would like to see the ability to change the daily carb intake.
